We are located at 47 Khengra Patty here in Kolkata. If you know this area, you know it’s quite crowded and full of activity. Unnati Spintex Private Limited has been based here for a while, right in the middle of all the noise. It’s an old part of the city, and our building has its own quirks like creaky floors and narrow hallways. We don’t mind it much. It feels real. Most of our work involves keeping track of shipments and talking to people on the other side of the trade. The office is usually piled with papers and notebooks. We aren't big on digital everything; sometimes writing it down by hand just feels more reliable. We try to stay on top of things, but like any small place, there are days when everything happens at once. The tea guy comes around a few times a day, which is probably the highlight for most of us. We just keep pushing through the tasks. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. People who come to visit usually have a hard time finding a spot to park their bikes, but that’s just Khengra Patty for you. We’re just a small group of people working hard in a busy part of town. No frills, just business. We don't use big words or fancy titles. We just answer the phone and try to get the orders shipped out on time without making too many mistakes along the way.
