We are based at 20 Ritchie Road over in Ballygunge. It’s a well-known street in a busy part of the city. Our office has been here for years, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over time. We aren't some huge firm with offices all over the country. It’s just us here in the 700019 area. The building is a bit older, but we like it that way. It feels more like home. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just come in every day and do our work. Most of the people who come to see us are from around the neighborhood or found out about us through word of mouth. We prefer it that way. It keeps things grounded. Sometimes the office gets a little cluttered with papers and files, but we know where everything is. It’s a practical workspace for practical people. We don't use a lot of business jargon or try to sound more important than we are. If you’re walking down Ritchie Road, you’ll see our door. We’re just local people doing our jobs in Ballygunge. There isn't much more to it than that. We just focus on what needs to be done and try to be helpful to those who stop by. The street can get a bit crowded with parked cars, but once you step inside, it's just a regular, quiet office environment where we handle our daily business tasks.
