Universal Soft Luggage Company

We are over here at Bright Street, right on the ground floor. If you know where the Hajj House is, we are just a short walk from there. Universal Soft Luggage Company has been in this spot for a while now. It’s a busy little area, especially during the day when people are moving around No. 24/2 H/5. The shop isn't fancy at all. We spend most of our time dealing with bags, handles, and those zippers that always seem to get stuck at the worst time. Sometimes the street gets a bit noisy with the traffic outside, but we just keep working through it. It’s mostly soft-sided bags here, the kind you can stuff a lot of clothes into for a trip. We have piles of them in different colors. The lighting inside isn't the brightest, but it works for what we do. People pop in from the neighborhood to ask about repairs or to see what we have on the shelves. It’s a lot of manual work, checking the stitching and making sure the wheels on the bags actually roll like they are supposed to. We don't have a big corporate office or anything like that. It is just the ground floor space where we keep everything organized as best as we can. Some days are slower than others, which gives us time to reorganize the stock. We just stay here near Bright Street and get the work done.
