Unitech Limited

Our place is at 35 Deshbandhu Road (East) over in the 700035 area of Kolkata. It is a busy stretch of road, and there is always something happening right outside our windows at Unitech Limited. We have been working from this address for quite some time now. The building is sturdy and does the job, even if it could use a fresh coat of paint here and there. Inside, it’s a mix of old wooden desks and newer computers. We don't really go in for the modern office look with open floor plans and bean bags. We prefer having our own corners to focus on what needs to be done. There is a lot of back and forth between the staff throughout the day, usually shouting over the noise of a ceiling fan or the traffic outside. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or corporate logos on every wall. It’s just a place where we come to work. Sometimes the mail gets mixed up with the neighbors, or we have to go out and move a scooter that’s blocking the entrance. It’s all part of the daily routine here on Deshbandhu Road. We like being in this part of town because everything we need is close by. It’s just a normal office run by normal people who know the value of a hard day's work and a good cup of tea.
