Tollygunge is a busy part of Kolkata, and our place is right in the thick of it on Nands Mitra Lane. The address for Unitech Limited is 13E, but sometimes people miss the turn if they aren't looking closely. It’s one of those narrow lanes where everyone seems to know everyone else. You can hear the trams or the traffic not too far off, but the lane itself has its own rhythm. We’ve been here at the 700040 zip code for a long time. The building is older, with high ceilings that help a bit when the humidity starts to climb in the summer months. Inside, it’s mostly just us and our equipment. There are stacks of paper on the tables and usually a few umbrellas leaning against the wall near the door because you never know when it will rain here. We don’t do things in a flashy way. It’s a straightforward setup where we show up, do what needs to be done, and then head home. No one is wearing a suit and tie unless they absolutely have to.
