Unati Buildcon Private Limited

We are located over at Plot No. 323 in Block-Ad, right in Sector-I of Salt Lake. If you know this part of Kolkata, you know it is a bit more organized than the rest of the city, but it still gets plenty busy during the day. Our office for Unati Buildcon Private Limited is just a regular place where we handle all the construction paperwork and site planning. Most of our mornings start with a lot of phone calls to vendors and checking on where the cement trucks are. It is a lot of back-and-forth work. The office gets a bit dusty because of all the files and the windows being open for a breeze. We have a few desks squeezed in there and there is always someone coming in to talk about a new project or an ongoing one. Sometimes the heat in the afternoon makes everyone a bit slow, so we take a long tea break around four o'clock. We do not have any big corporate slogans or anything like that. We just focus on the building jobs we have in front of us. Most of our staff have been around the local area for years, so we know the neighborhood pretty well. It is just a straightforward operation here. We try to keep things moving along even when the weather or the supplies do not want to cooperate with our schedule. That is just how the building business goes in this part of town.
