If you go to Rajdanga Nabapally and look for Sarthak Apartments, you will find us in Flat E-4 at number 81. It is a residential-style setup, which makes the whole place feel a bit more relaxed than a standard office building. We have got our desks set up in the rooms, and there is always someone in the small kitchen area making another round of tea. Being a consultancy, we spend a lot of time on the phone or sitting across from people talking about their business needs. It is a lot of listening and taking notes on yellow pads. Kolkata is a city that never really stops, but inside the apartment, it is mostly just the sound of keyboards and the ceiling fans. We do not have a big sign outside or a fancy entrance. It is just a place where we do our work every day. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing in the hallway, and you can hear the sounds of the city coming through the balcony door. We like it this way because it is honest and down-to-earth. We are not trying to impress anyone with expensive furniture. We just want to give good advice and help the people who hire us. It is a small group of us, and we have worked together long enough that we do not need to say much to know what needs to be done.
