Most of us have been working together for years, so we know each other's habits. We don’t have a dress code; usually, it's just what's comfortable for the heat. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we all complain about it together. There’s a good little eatery nearby where we usually get our lunch. We don't spend money on expensive decor or leather chairs. We’d rather just keep the business stable. It’s a humble setup, but it’s ours, and we know how to make it work every day. We usually have the radio playing low in the corner, though half the time it's just static.
