People usually find us at 49, Mahendra Banerjee Road here in Behala. It’s a busy part of Kolkata, especially when the schools let out and the traffic picks up on the main road. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a workspace where we sit and go through stacks of resumes and talk to people on the phone all day. Sometimes the internet acts up when it rains, which happens a lot in this city, but we just keep going. We’ve been at this address for a while now. The tea stall right outside is where most of us head when we need a break from the screens. It’s a lot of paperwork and digital files, matching people with different companies. We don’t have a big reception area with leather sofas or anything like that. It’s mostly desks, computers, and a few fans humming in the background to keep the humidity away. It gets quite loud outside with the rickshaws and buses, but you get used to it after a week or so. Most of the people working here live nearby in the Behala area, so we know the neighborhood well. It’s a practical place for us. We aren't trying to look like a giant multinational office. We just do our work, talk to the candidates who walk in, and try to keep things organized. If you’re looking for the building, just look for the old gate near the intersection. It’s a simple setup for a team that spends most of its time on calls.
