Being in this area means we’re surrounded by a lot of history and some very big, old buildings. TrueReal Developers LLP is basically just our small team working out of this central location. The noise from the street is constant, with horns honking and people shouting, but it gives the place a certain energy. We spend a lot of our time out and about, looking at different properties and seeing what can be done with them. Kolkata is a tricky place for developers because everything is so tightly packed together. You have to be careful when you’re planning anything. We don’t go in for fancy marketing or anything like that. We just show up, do the work, and deal with whatever problems pop up that day.
