Transtrade Marketing Pvt. Ltd. is located at 238B, A.J.C. Bose Road. This part of Kolkata is always moving and shaking. The office is right there on the main stretch, so the sound of buses and cars is just constant background noise for us. We’ve got a fairly simple setup inside the rooms. It’s an office where we spend most of our time on computers or on the phone. There isn't any fancy decor or branding on the walls here. It’s mostly just practical furniture and stacks of documents that need filing. The building isn't the newest in the city, and sometimes the lift is a bit temperamental, so we just take the stairs if we're in a hurry. Being on A.J.C. Bose Road means we’re easy to find for most people, but it also means it’s never really quiet. We usually have the windows shut to keep the smog and the noise out, but you can still feel the vibration of the heavy trucks passing by. Our team is small, and we’ve all been working together in this space for quite a while now. We don’t have a big cafeteria or anything like that. Most of us just eat at our desks or go to a local stall nearby for a quick bite during the lunch hour. It’s a straightforward marketing office. We don't try to impress anyone with the looks of the place. We stay busy with the work.
