Working in the travel business here at Transcity Travel Co Pvt Ltd means we see a lot of different faces every week. Park Street is always full of life, and being just a bit away on this road gives us a decent spot to work from. The office isn't huge, but it's where we handle all the bookings and travel arrangements for people. There are always maps and papers spread out on the desks. Sometimes customers come in and sit down for a chat about where they want to go next. We try to keep things simple and clear. Being on the first floor means people have to walk up, but they don't seem to mind. It's a busy atmosphere, but we like the pace of it. Every day is a bit different depending on who walks through the door or calls us up. We just keep our heads down and handle the tickets.
