You can find us over at 83/2 Chetla Road, which is in the Alipore area. We handle auto finance, mostly helping people figure out how to pay for their vehicles. It involves a lot of sitting at desks and going through files, which isn't the most exciting thing but it's what we do. The office isn't very large, but it's where everything happens. People come in looking for ways to get a car or a bike, and we look at the numbers with them. Chetla Road is usually quite packed with traffic, so there is always something to look at out the window when things get quiet. We have been in Alipore for a bit now and know the local faces. Dealing with banks and paperwork can be a headache for most folks, so we just take care of that part here. It's mostly about checking IDs, filling out forms, and making sure the math adds up. Sometimes the printer acts up or the internet is slow, but we manage to get through the daily pile of documents. We aren't a big bank or anything, just a local spot where you can talk about vehicle loans without too much fuss. It's practical work. Most of our day is spent on the phone or typing things into the computer. We just try to keep things moving so people can get their transport sorted. It’s mostly routine stuff, day in and day out, but it’s how we keep the office running.
