Harish Bhatia

You have to come up to the 4th floor to find us here at 10 G C Ave in Dharmatala. Harish Bhatia is the name on the door. The building is one of those older ones where the lift doesn't always feel like it wants to cooperate, so some days we end up taking the stairs. It’s a good workout, I guess. The view from the fourth floor isn't much, just the tops of other buildings and the street below. Dharmatala is always buzzing with people and yellow taxis. You can hear the city even with the windows closed. Inside, it's pretty quiet most of the time. We have a few desks and a lot of folders stacked up. It’s a bit cramped, especially when we have more than a couple of people in at once. We spend a lot of our time on the computer or writing things out by hand. There’s a tea stall just down the street that we go to at least three times a day. It’s a small break from the paperwork. We don't really have a big sign outside, so people have to know the address to find us. It’s just a regular office where we handle our business. We’ve been in this spot for a while and we’re used to the quirks of the building. It’s just how it is. We show up, do the work, and go home.
