We are based over at Sector B in the Metropolitan Co-operative Housing Society. It’s a decent area, mostly residential and a lot quieter than the city center. We work on different development projects, mainly around this part of town. It’s basically just building things from the ground up or sometimes fixing up older properties that need some help. We don't have a giant headquarters with glass walls or anything like that. Our office at 82 A/1 is more of a practical setup where we can sit down with a cup of tea and look at the latest site plans. Developing land takes a lot of patience. There’s always some paperwork waiting to be signed or a truck full of bricks that’s running late because of traffic. We’ve seen this neighborhood change quite a bit over the last few years. There are more houses and apartments popping up every time you look around. Our team is pretty small, just a few of us who handle the planning and then the guys we hire to do the heavy lifting on the ground. We don't try to sound like those big fancy firms you see on the television. We're just local people trying to put up solid buildings that stay standing. Some weeks the work is slow and we’re just waiting, and other weeks it’s absolutely frantic. That’s just how the property business goes. We keep our files organized at the office and meet people there when we need to talk details.
