TIYAS CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED

We are based in Room 316 on the third floor of Todi Chamber. It’s right on 2 Lalbazar Street in the central part of Kolkata. It is a very busy area with a lot of history. The building itself is one of those old ones with the high ceilings and the slow elevators. Sometimes I just take the stairs because it’s faster. We handle construction stuff, so there’s always blueprints or site reports lying around the desks. It can get a bit cluttered when we have multiple projects going on at once. The light coming through the windows isn't great, but we have some lamps. It’s a practical location because it’s so central for meetings. You can hear the trams and the traffic from the street below all through the day. We’ve been in this room for quite a while now. The walls are covered with some old calendars and a few maps of the city. We don't really bother with fancy furniture. As long as the chairs are comfortable enough to sit in for a few hours, we’re happy. There’s a lot of coming and going in this building. We know the security guard at the gate pretty well. It’s a decent place to work if you don't mind the noise of the city. We just stay busy with our lists and our phone calls.
