Tien Properties Private Limited is located at 888/2, Madhurdahpo- East Kolkata Township Project. It's an area that has been seeing a lot of growth lately. We’ve been right in the middle of it. Our office is a simple place where we manage our property projects. We don’t have any fancy signs or a big reception area. Usually, you’ll just find a couple of us working through piles of documents or talking to contractors. We spend a lot of time out in the field, making sure things are moving along as they should. It’s a lot of physical work and sometimes the weather makes it really tough. We don't really do the whole corporate branding thing. We’re more interested in the actual bricks and mortar. If someone has a question about a property, they usually just drop by or give us a ring. We try to be straightforward with people. There are always complications with land and building codes, so we spend a lot of time figuring those things out. It’s a bit of a balancing act. We’ve been based in the East Kolkata Township area for a while now and we know the landscape pretty well. It’s not always easy, and some days are definitely longer than others. We just keep plugging away at it. It’s what we know how to do, and we just focus on getting the job done without making a big fuss about it.
