You can find us at 14/16A, Uday Shankar Sarani. We are right on Golf Club Road in Kolkata, which is a decent enough place to have an office. We do development work, which basically means we spend our time dealing with land, buildings, and all the paperwork that comes with them. The office is usually a bit cluttered with maps and old project files. We aren't fancy people by any means. We just know how to get things built. Being near the Golf Club means it is a bit greener around here than other parts of the city, which is nice. We have been operating out of this 700033 zip code for a while now. Most of our days are spent on the phone with contractors or driving out to check on how a site is progressing. It takes a lot of coordination to make sure bricks and sand show up when they are supposed to. Our office has a few desks and a table for meetings, nothing more than we actually need to get the job done. It can get pretty hot in the afternoons, so we always have the fans running full speed. We don't do much advertising. People in this part of Kolkata usually just know where we are if they need to talk about a project. It is a steady way to make a living. We just take the work as it comes.
