You can find The Precision Processing Equipment Co. over at 14, Chandney Chowk Street. We are up on the 3rd floor. It’s a busy part of the city, and the street is usually packed with people looking for parts or tools. Our building is old and the hallway is a bit narrow, but once you get up to our floor, it’s all about the equipment. We deal with processing machinery, and it’s a lot of technical stuff that requires a bit of focus. There are parts and diagrams scattered around the office most days. It’s not the cleanest or the most organized looking place, but we know where everything is. The fans hum all day long to keep the air moving. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to people who drop by with questions about their machines. It’s a hands-on kind of business. We don't wear suits here; it’s more about being ready to look at a piece of equipment if someone brings it in. The light coming through the windows isn't great, but we have enough lamps to see what we are doing. We’ve been here in Chandney Chowk for a long time, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change, but we just keep doing what we do with the processing gear. It’s steady work and it keeps us occupied from morning until we lock up at night.
