The Baron Group

We’ve been set up here at 4B-Castle House for a while now. It’s on the 3rd floor at 5/1A, and while the climb or the lift wait can be a bit much sometimes, we like the spot. The Baron Group is basically just a few of us working on local real estate stuff. It isn’t some fancy high-rise office with glass walls everywhere. It’s a normal workspace where we keep our files and meet folks who are looking for a place or trying to sell one. We spend most of our mornings on the phone or going through paperwork. People stop by to ask about what's available in the neighborhood. Usually, we just sit down and talk through the options without making a big deal out of it. It’s a lot of mundane tasks, checking titles, and making sure the addresses are right. Sometimes it gets busy and the desks are a mess with coffee mugs and maps. We know the streets around here pretty well since we’re out and about quite a bit. If you’re looking for the office, just head up to the third floor. We don't have a giant reception desk, just a couple of us doing the work that needs doing. It’s been a steady rhythm for us here. We just try to keep things moving and help people find what they need without any extra fluff or complicated talk.
