We’re located at 41 Kansari Para Road. It’s a more traditional part of the city, and we really like the vibe of this neighborhood. We’re into building and managing towers, which basically means we deal with high-rise residential stuff. It’s a small office and we don't put on any airs or try to look more important than we are. You might find some dust on the shelves and a lot of rolled-up charts sitting in the corner. That’s just because we’re actually working on things. We don't have a big budget for fancy decorations or a polished reception area. If you come by, you’ll likely talk to one of the owners directly. We handle everything from the initial planning to the final handovers to the owners. It’s a lot of responsibility, and sometimes things go wrong—a supplier backs out or a permit takes way longer than we expected. We just deal with it as it comes. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Kolkata. We just want to do a good job on the projects we have right now. People in the neighborhood know where to find us if they have any questions or concerns. We spend our days making phone calls, visiting sites, and checking the progress of the brickwork. It’s not always exciting, and it involves a lot of repetitive tasks, but it’s what we know. We aren't here to give you a sales pitch or fancy promises. We just show what we’ve built.
