Tempcon

We're based at Kasba Industrial Estate, specifically Phase-I, units Frs-4/5 and 6. It's right off the Em. By-Pass, which makes it easy for the trucks to come and go. Being in Kasba means we're in a busy part of the city, and there’s always something happening around us. Tempcon is basically just us working in these few units. It’s not a huge operation, but we stay busy enough. The space is filled with equipment and parts. We spend most of our time troubleshooting or assembling things. It’s a practical environment. We don't have a receptionist or a coffee machine in a waiting room. Usually, if you come by, you’ll find one of us with grease on our hands or looking at a blueprint. The heat in the summer can get pretty intense inside the units, but we have our fans going. We keep a regular schedule. The Em. By-Pass can be a bit of a crawl during rush hour, but we’re used to the rhythm of it by now. It’s a decent place to work. We just do our bit and go home. No big speeches or fancy promises, just the work that needs doing. We’ve seen other shops come and go in Phase-I, but we just keep plugging away at our own pace. It’s not about being the biggest, just about doing the job properly and keeping things moving through the shop.
