Telcom-India

We are set up at Barona Bhawan on College Road, right near the Town Hall. It is a busy area, especially when there is an event going on at the hall. Telcom-India has been in this building for some time now. The stairs are a bit steep, so we get our exercise every day. Inside, it is mostly wires, phones, and people trying to fix things. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't found the time for that yet. We get a lot of walk-ins because of our location. People usually come in with a problem they need solved quickly. We do our best to help them out without making things too complicated. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we have to wait it out, just like everyone else. There is a small shop downstairs that sells decent snacks, so that is where we usually end up for lunch. It’s not a corporate headquarters, just a local office where we handle the technical stuff. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when three people are talking at once, but we manage. We’ve grown used to the noise from the street. It’s just part of being in the center of town. We keep the paperwork in stacks and try to remember where everything is. It works for us, and we keep showing up every morning to get through the list. It can be tiring, but it is our routine and we stick to it.
