A J C Bose Road is always packed with cars and people, so it can be a bit of a headache to get to the office in the morning. Once you are up on the second floor though, it is a bit quieter. We have been working on construction projects around the city for some time now. Our space is filled with blueprints and some half-empty cups of tea from earlier in the day. We are not the type to sit around in suits; we usually have boots on because we are heading out to a site soon. Building things is just what we do. It involves a lot of coordination with different people and sometimes things do not go exactly as planned. You might have a problem with the foundation or the weather ruins a week of work. We just deal with it as it comes. It is a lot of practical work, measuring things twice and making sure the supplies are what they are supposed to be. We have a small crew and we all know our jobs. There is always something to fix or a new project to start on. That is just the life of a builder here.
