TECHTOP CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED

Our office is located at 15 Loudon Street in Kolkata. It is a pretty good area to be in, though it gets quite noisy with the traffic during the day. Techtop Construction Private Limited is a small outfit. We don't have a massive staff or a fancy boardroom. It’s mostly just a few of us sitting around desks covered in blueprints and half-empty tea cups. We spend our time figuring out the best way to get things built. Construction in this city is always a puzzle because of the space and the old structures. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers and trying to find the best prices for cement. Sometimes the internet is slow and we get frustrated, but we manage. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big corporate talk. We just do the work and try to keep our clients from getting too stressed out. The weather here can be a real pain for building, especially when the rains start and everything gets muddy. We’ve learned to just work around it. We are just regular people who have been in this trade for a while. We don't have a glossy brochure. If you come by, you’ll probably see us arguing over a schedule or checking a measurement. It is just the way we operate. We like the hustle and bustle of Loudon Street and we plan to stay here for quite a while.
