Teamlease Services

We are located at 1/208 Naktala, right here in Kolkata. Teamlease Services is what we call our business, and we’ve been operating out of this neighborhood for a while. It’s a regular part of town, not a flashy business district, which suits us just fine. Our daily work is mostly focused on staffing and employment services. This means we spend our mornings and afternoons dealing with a lot of administrative stuff. We handle things like payroll, keeping track of who is working where, and making sure all the employment forms are filled out correctly. It’s not the most exciting work in the world, but it’s necessary for things to run smoothly. We have a small office where we keep our records and meet with people who are looking for work. Sometimes it gets a bit hectic when we have a lot of new hires starting at once, but we usually manage to keep things under control. We don't have any big corporate goals or anything like that. We just want to make sure the people we work with get paid on time and the companies we help have the staff they need. Naktala is a nice area to be in, and we like the local feel of the place. We just stick to our routine, answer the phones, and get through the paperwork. It’s just a normal office doing normal work for people in Kolkata who need it.
