Team Lease Services

We've been at 10/1/D Shree Mohan Lane in Kolkata for a bit now. It’s tucked away in a spot that isn't too noisy, which is nice when we're trying to get through the paperwork. Team Lease Services is what the sign says on the door, but to most people around here, we’re just the folks who help with staffing and job stuff. It's a busy place. Some mornings, the traffic near Kolkata 26 can be a bit of a headache, but once you’re inside, things settle down. We have a few desks, some computers that sometimes act up, and a lot of files. The neighbors know us, and we know the local chai stall pretty well. It’s not a fancy glass building or anything like that. Just a regular workspace where we spend our eight or nine hours. People come in looking for work or trying to figure out their contracts, and we do what we can to sort it out. It’s steady work. We don't really do the whole big corporate speech thing because that’s not who we are. We just handle the leasing and service side of things. Sometimes the monsoon makes the lane a bit messy, but that’s just part of being in this part of town. We keep things simple and try to stay organized, even when the phone doesn't stop ringing. It feels like a small community here.
