Our office is tucked away in the Jodhpur Park area of Kolkata, specifically at 2/2A Poddar Nagar. It is a nice part of the city with a lot of trees and it feels more like a neighborhood than a business district. We have been operating out of this space for some time now. It is not a huge corporate setup with glass walls and a fancy lobby. Instead, it is a practical place where we sit down and handle the HR tasks that come our way. You can hear the sounds of the street outside, which keeps us connected to the real world. The commute is okay for most of the staff, and there are a few good spots nearby to grab a quick snack or a tea during the afternoon break. Inside, the walls are a bit plain, but we have everything we need to stay organized. We usually have the radio playing softly in the background while we go through piles of resumes and paperwork. It is a steady environment. People walk past the building all day, and it feels like we are just part of the local community here in Kolkata. We do not really go for big displays of status. We just show up at Poddar Nagar, get the files sorted, and make sure the phones are answered. It is a honest way to spend the day, and the space fits us well for what we do at Team Hr Services Ltd.
