Tbk Villas Llp

Our office is over at 24 Ray Street in Bhawanipur. It is an old part of the city, and we have been here long enough that we know all the tea shops and little alleys nearby. Tbk Villas Llp is mostly just us sitting around desks planning out where things should go for the projects. Building villas is not as quick as people think it is. There is always some pipe that does not fit or a wall that looks a bit off once you start. We spend a lot of time on site making sure things are moving along. It is usually pretty quiet in the morning until the phone starts ringing about deliveries. We do not have a big marketing team or anyone like that. It is just us. My desk is always covered in drawings and coffee stains that I forget to wipe up. Sometimes we have to go out and meet the guys doing the tiling because phone calls just do not cut it when you are trying to explain a corner. Bhawanipur is a nice place to work from, even if parking a car is a nightmare most days. We try to keep things simple. If a client has a question, they just call me directly on my mobile. There is no fancy system for it. We have worked on a few different spots around here now. It feels good to see a house actually standing after months of just looking at paper.
