Tara Maa Projects Private Limited operates out of Shivam Apart. We are on the first floor, the C section. You have to look for Sudhindra Nath Modak’s name at the entrance to find the right place. It is right on Ghosh Para Road. The building is a typical apartment block, and we have made our space there. It is not a corporate plaza by any means. It feels more like a home office because it is tucked away in a residential building. We handle all the project work from here. It gets a bit cramped when we have all our plans spread out on the table. Ghosh Para Road is always busy, so there is a lot of noise outside from the traffic. We don't mind it much. We have been here for a while now. Most people in the neighborhood know the building. We do our own filing and handle the phones ourselves. There is no receptionist at the front desk. We just open the door when someone knocks. Being at Shivam Apart on the first floor makes it easy for us to get in and out. We aren't fancy people.
