Talentpro India Hr Pvt Ltd has its office at 241 Canal Street in Kolkata. We’ve been based in this part of the city, the 48 area, for a good while. It’s a busy street, and there’s always something going on outside our windows. We handle HR work, which mostly means we spend a lot of time looking at resumes and talking to people about jobs. Our office is pretty straightforward. We have desks, chairs, and a lot of paper. Kolkata is a city with a lot of history, and you can feel that even in our little section of Canal Street. We aren't a big, cold corporation. We’re just a group of people who know how to help other people find work or manage their employees. We don't use a lot of fancy jargon when we talk. We just tell it like it is. If someone isn't a good fit for a job, we say so. If a company needs help with their payroll, we do it. It’s practical, everyday work. The tea stalls nearby are where we usually end up during our breaks. It’s a good way to clear your head. We don't have a "mission statement" hanging on the wall. We just have a calendar and a list of things that need to be done before the end of the day. It’s how we’ve always operated and it seems to work fine for us.
