If you head down towards Jodhpur Park, you will find our office for Tailspin Housing Llp. We are located at 1/29A, Gariahat Road, which is a pretty busy spot as most people in Kolkata know. It is usually noisy outside with the buses and cars constantly moving along the main road. Our space is tucked in there, and it’s where we handle all the housing stuff. We started this because we saw how hard it was for folks to find a decent place to stay without getting overwhelmed. It’s just a small group of us here. We spend a lot of time looking at floor plans and visiting different sites across the city. Sometimes the weather makes it hard to get around, especially when the monsoon hits and Gariahat starts to get those big puddles. But we still show up and do the work. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. People usually hear about us from their neighbors or friends. We think that is a better way to do business anyway. It feels more personal when you are helping someone find a home in a neighborhood you actually know. We have been at this address for a bit now, and we've gotten used to the rhythm of the street. It is a bit cramped sometimes with all the files, but it works for us. It’s a real job with real people.
