Swes Properties

Swes Properties is our small office located on Rajdanga Main Road. The shop number is 1842, and we are right in the heart of the Kasba area. If you have ever spent time in this part of Kolkata, you know it is always loud and full of life. We are right in the thick of it. We handle all sorts of property matters, from small apartments to larger commercial spaces. It is just a small team of us working here. We aren't some massive corporation with hundreds of employees. We know the Rajdanga neighborhood because we live and work here every single day. Sometimes the noise from the traffic outside is so loud we have to shout a bit on the phone, but we like being where the action is. Our mornings are usually spent checking on new listings and our afternoons are for being out on the road. It is a lot of walking and driving, but it’s interesting to see the different types of homes in Kasba. We don't use any fancy sales talk or try to pressure anyone. We just show you what is available and tell you the real price. If a place fits what you need, that's great. We also help with all the paperwork because that part is usually a huge headache for people. We’ve learned to be very patient over the years with all the local rules.
