Sweet Retreats Llp

Our little shop is located at 52A Sarat Bose Road in Kolkata. It is a very busy street, so there is always a lot of honking and people rushing by right outside our door. We have been here for a good number of years now. The shop isn't very big, so we have to be careful about how we use the space. We mostly make sweets and different kinds of baked goods. It is a lot of standing on your feet all day, which can get tiring after a while. The kitchen is in the back, and it usually stays pretty warm because of the ovens. We don't have a fancy team of designers or anyone like that. We just do the work ourselves, from the baking to the cleaning. Sometimes the sink gets clogged or we run out of packaging, and we just have to figure it out on the fly. It is a very hands-on way to make a living. We like the fact that we see the same customers coming in every week. It makes the long hours feel a bit more worth it. We don't have a big mission or any corporate slogans. We just show up every morning and start the day’s work. It’s a simple setup on a busy road, and we’ve gotten used to the noise and the constant activity. There's always something to do, so we don't get bored.
