Swarnabhumi Home Construction Private Limited

Our business, Swarnabhumi Home Construction Private Limited, is based in New Alipore. We are on the second floor of building number 162 in Block G. New Alipore is a nice part of Kolkata, and it’s where we do a lot of our work. We focus mostly on residential projects, helping people build or fix up their homes. It is a big deal for someone to build a house, so we spend a lot of time just talking through the details with them. Our office isn't very fancy; it’s just a place to meet and look at plans. We have a few desks and a lot of samples of tiles and paint colors lying around. It can get a bit cluttered, but that is just how we work. The people on our team are mostly locals who have been in the construction trade for years. We don't do much in the way of promotion. Most of our work comes from people who live in the neighborhood and see what we are doing. It’s a very direct way of working. We try to be honest about how long things will take and what they will cost, which people seem to appreciate. It is just us, doing our best to build good homes in our corner of the city. We enjoy the local atmosphere here and wouldn't want to be anywhere else in West Bengal.
