You can find us at 7/64A Netaji Nagar, over in the Regent Estate area. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it feels a bit more like home than a cold business district. We go by Swadesh Srijan. The name means something local and creative, and that’s pretty much what we do. We work on various projects and items here. It’s not a high-pressure office with people in suits. We usually just wear what’s comfortable and get to work. The space is small but it works for us. We have our desks and our supplies all in one area. Sometimes it feels a bit crowded, especially when we have a lot of new stuff coming in. The neighbors are nice and we often see the same people walking their dogs or going to the market while we are working. It’s a steady pace here. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything. People mostly find us through word of mouth or by just knowing we are in the neighborhood. We spend our time making sure each piece is done right. It’s a quiet life in Regent Estate, but we stay busy enough. We just take things one day at a time and keep creating whatever is on the schedule. It feels right being in this part of town.
