Suvidha Placement

Our office at Suvidha Placement is right on N.S.C Bose Road in Tollygaung. If you know Kolkata, you know how busy this area gets. The sounds of the street never really stop. We’ve been here a while now. It’s not a huge place, just a few rooms where we meet people looking for work. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking through lists. It’s not the kind of job that makes you famous, but it’s important to the people who come to see us. We don't have those fancy glass walls or designer chairs. We have standard desks and some chairs for visitors. Sometimes the place gets a bit dusty because of the road outside, but we clean it up. We aren't corporate people with suits. We’re just regular folks trying to help other regular folks find jobs. It can be a bit chaotic on Monday mornings when everyone is calling at once. We take notes, make connections, and try to keep everything straight. Tollygaung is a great spot because it’s easy for people to reach. We like being in the middle of all that activity. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that. We just open the doors in the morning and see who needs help that day. It's a simple way to run a business, and it works for us. We've seen a lot of people come and go over the years.
