SUSHOVAN CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED

Our company, Sushovan Construction Private Limited, is located at 15 (11/C) Naskar Para Road in the Putiary area of South Parganas, Kolkata. It’s a bit of a trek to get here if you aren’t from the neighborhood. We share the space with M/s. Sushovan Construction, which is where we started out. The office is right there on Naskar Para Road, and it’s always full of the smell of coffee and sometimes wet cement from the boots of the guys coming in. We handle all sorts of construction jobs around South Kolkata. It’s a busy part of the state, and there’s always something being repaired or built from scratch. We aren’t a huge corporation with hundreds of employees. We are just a local team that knows how to put a building together. Sometimes we struggle with the traffic or the cost of materials going up, but that is part of the business. We keep our paperwork in order and try to stay on top of the different sites we have going. The building we are in is quite old and has a lot of character. We don’t really do marketing; most people just hear about us from someone else in the area. We just focus on getting the roofs on and the walls up. It is practical work for people who need things built. We just take it day by day and try to keep things moving.
