It feels more like a community here. We work on various development tasks, and it often involves a lot of coordinating with different people across the city. Sometimes things go smoothly, and other times we’re dealing with delays or typical site issues. We don’t really talk much about our goals or anything like that; we just focus on whatever job is currently on the desk. It’s steady work, and being based in this part of Kolkata keeps us close to the heart of the city’s older districts.
