Sunny Heights Llp is located at FB-13, 1598 Rajdanga Main Road. It’s a well-known area in Kolkata, and being on the main road means there is always a lot of noise from the cars and buses passing by. We are based in the building that shares our name, which makes it easy for people to find us. Our days are filled with the usual stuff that comes with running a real estate and construction business. We have a lot of meetings, though most of them are just us sitting around a table with some tea trying to solve a problem. The office gets a lot of sunlight, which is nice, but it can get quite hot in the afternoons if the fans aren't on full blast. We handle everything from the initial planning to the actual building part. It’s a lot of responsibility, and things don't always go according to plan. Sometimes the delivery of bricks is late, or the rain stops us from doing any work on the roof. We just take it as it comes. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of employees. We are just a small group of people working hard to get these projects finished on time. The Rajdanga area is quite busy, so there is always somewhere to go if we need to pick up supplies or meet a contractor. We’ve been here for a bit and have gotten to know the rhythms of the street and our neighbors pretty well.
