We mostly focus on housing and apartments, which is a busy field to be in. We spend a lot of time looking at blueprints and talking to people who are looking for a place to stay. It’s a very hands-on job. We aren't sitting in some high-rise office with glass walls; we are right here on the street level where we can see what’s going on. The team here is pretty small, but we’ve known each other for a long time. We try to keep things simple and direct. If a project is going to take six months, we say six months. There is no point in overcomplicating things with corporate talk. The traffic outside can be a headache sometimes, but it’s part of the charm of working in Tollygunge. We get a lot of local people stopping by just to ask questions about the neighborhood or new buildings. We like that kind of interaction. It makes the work feel more real and connected to the community. We’re just a regular local business trying to do right by our neighbors and keep the projects moving along. We have been here for years and we plan on staying.
