Our place, Sukh Nivas Buildcon Llp, is on the 4th floor of 113B Manohar Das Street, right near the Burrabazar police station. If you know that area, you know how crowded it gets with all the shops and people moving around. Getting up to the 4th floor is a bit of a workout every day because there isn't always a working lift. We’ve been in this building for a while now. It’s a busy spot, but it’s good for business because everything is close by. We do building and development work. It involves a lot of phone calls, dealing with permits, and talking to contractors. It’s not always glamorous, and there’s usually a lot of paperwork scattered on the tables. We try to keep things moving as fast as the city allows. Burrabazar is a tough place to navigate, but we know the shortcuts by now. Our team is small, just a few of us who have known each other for years. We don’t do much advertising. Most of our work comes from people we’ve worked with before. We just show up, do the job, and move on to the next one. It’s steady work. The office isn't very fancy, just some chairs and a few old fans to keep us cool in the summer heat. We just focus on the building projects we have on hand. It's a lot of sweat and hard work, but we like seeing things get finished.
