We are based over at 149 Regent Colony in Kolkata. It’s a nice enough area, though like anywhere in this city, it has its own pace. Our office is where all the planning for our various projects happens. We deal with a lot of marketing stuff too, which keeps us pretty occupied throughout the week. The building itself is older, but it serves us well. We don't have fancy furniture or a modern lounge. It’s just desks, chairs, and a lot of paper. Kolkata can get very humid, so we usually have the fans going full speed while we talk about our schedules and client needs. We aren't a giant corporation with thousands of people. We’re a smaller team that knows the city and how things work here. Sometimes we have to travel across town for meetings, which takes forever in the traffic, but that’s just part of the job. We like the neighborhood around Regent Colony; there’s a good sense of community. When things get stressful with a deadline, we just take a break and then get back to it. We don't use a lot of corporate talk. We just say what needs to be done and then we try to do it. It’s a basic operation, focused on getting the projects finished and keeping our marketing efforts moving forward. It’s just us doing our daily work in this part of Kolkata.
