Subhanewas Developers Private Limited

We started Subhanewas Developers Private Limited a while back and we are located right on the ground floor at 14 Hare Street here in Kolkata. Being in the 700001 area means we deal with a lot of the old and new parts of the city every day. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a place where we get our work done and keep our papers organized. We handle building projects and development stuff around the region. It gets busy on Hare Street with all the traffic and people moving about, but we like the energy of being right in the middle of things. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other days it is just us sitting around a desk figuring out the next steps for a site. We mostly focus on making sure the bricks and mortar side of things goes okay without too much fuss. It isn't always easy working in real estate and construction because there are always delays or things that don't go according to the plan, but that is just how the industry works. We have a small team here who knows the local roads and how things get built in this part of West Bengal. If you are walking by the ground floor of number 14, you will probably see us through the window or coming in and out. We just try to keep things moving forward one day at a time without making a big scene about it.
