We are tucked away on the mezzanine floor at 7/1-A Grant Lane. It’s a bit of an odd spot, being between floors, so you have to keep an eye out for the stairs. Subham Traders & Commerce Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of this little corner for a while. Grant Lane is one of those narrow spots where you really have to know where you’re going or you’ll walk right past it. The office is pretty small and can get a bit stuffy, especially when we have a lot of paperwork to sort through. We don’t have much room for anything that isn't absolutely necessary. There are desks, some old computers, and stacks of files that seem to grow every week. We spend our time checking prices, talking to suppliers, and making sure the commerce side of things is ticking along. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. We aren't really interested in big marketing campaigns. We mostly just rely on the people we’ve worked with for years. It’s a quiet kind of business. We come in, we do the work, and we go home. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot to catch up on, but mostly we just try to keep a steady pace. It’s a simple setup for a simple business, and that seems to work just fine for us and our clients.
