SUBHALAM BUILDCON LLP

Subhalam Buildcon LLP is located on the second floor of 69/1 Mitra Colony in the Behala area of Kolkata. We are in Flat 2A, which is where we handle all our administrative bits. Behala is a crowded, lively part of the city, and we’ve been here for a good while. Our work involves a lot of back-and-forth between the office and various project sites. We aren't a big corporation. We are just a small group of partners who decided to pool our resources and build things. The office is usually a bit of a mess with blueprints, samples of tiles, and empty tea cups. We don't really have a front desk; usually, someone just yells from the back room when someone walks in. We focus on the practical side of construction. We spend our time checking on laborers and making sure the trucks arrive on time. It can be stressful, but it’s what we know how to do. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. We just build. Sometimes things go according to plan, and sometimes we have to figure it out as we go. That’s just the nature of working in a city like Kolkata. We’ve been at this for some time now, and we just keep plugging away at whatever the next project is. It's a decent living and keeps us involved in the community. We try to keep our feet on the ground and our roofs level.
