Steadfast Realcon Private Limited

It's tucked away at 32 Malanga Lane in Kolkata. If you know the 700012 area, you know how tight the streets can get around here. Steadfast Realcon Private Limited is basically just a group of us working out of this office. It’s not one of those glass buildings you see in the IT parks. It’s an old-school Kolkata building with character and maybe a bit of dust. We deal with real estate and construction things. Most of our mornings start with a lot of noise from the street outside. Cars honking and people shouting—it’s just life in this city. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just handle the projects that come our way. Sometimes the paperwork piles up and we spend the whole day just sorting through files. It’s honest work. We’ve been at this address for a bit now and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a lot. People stop in to talk about property or just to ask for directions since the lane is a bit confusing for outsiders. We don't mind. We try to be helpful when we can. It’s a small office but it suits us fine. We don’t need anything bigger right now. Just a desk, a computer, and some good tea. That’s how we keep things going every day here in Malanga Lane. We aren't trying to be famous, just steady.
