We are located at 8B Middleton Street. This is an old part of the city with a lot of history in the buildings around us. Stc Of India Ltd. has been here for a long time, and the office reflects that. It’s a large space with high ceilings and heavy desks that have been used by many people over the years. Middleton Street is usually quite busy with office goers and traffic, especially in the mornings. We handle a lot of different trade matters, mostly on a larger scale, but the day-to-day work is pretty repetitive. There are always forms to fill out and people coming in to submit documents. The atmosphere is quiet, punctuated by the sound of fans and the occasional hum of a printer. We don't have fancy decorations or modern art on the walls. It’s a practical workspace meant for getting things done. Many of us have worked here for years, so we know the routines by heart. It can feel a bit formal at times because of the nature of the work, but we’re just regular people trying to keep the records straight. People come to 8B for all sorts of business related to trade and commerce. It’s a landmark building in its own way, even if it looks a bit plain from the outside. We don’t really go out of our way to advertise what we do. The work comes in, and we process it as it arrives every single day.
