Our office for Startree Infraprojects Private Limited is right on 33, Tollygunge Circular Road. It’s a 700053 zip code area and it stays pretty crowded outside most of the time. We aren’t doing anything too fancy here. Mostly we focus on infra projects and keeping things running at the job sites. The building we are in is an older one. You can hear the cars and the horns from the road all day. It’s just how Tollygunge is. We have a few desks and a lot of maps of the city spread out. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we just have to wait it out. We handle the daily grind of construction planning. It’s a lot of checking on supplies and making sure the labor is sorted. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. It's just us doing the work. The name Startree came about, but we don't spend much time thinking about it. We’re more focused on whether the bricks arrived or if the rain is going to stop the work for the afternoon. It's practical stuff. Most of the people working here have been in the trade for years. We know the local streets and how to get things done in this part of Kolkata. It's a lot of hard work and staying late sometimes to finish the logs. We just do what we do and try to keep things steady.
