We’re located at Silver Arcade, which is at 5 J.B.S. Halden Avenue in Kolkata. Our office is on the second floor, Room S2. If you’ve been to the Silver Arcade, you know it’s a fairly well-known landmark in the area. We work in property development, so our days are filled with a mix of office work and visiting different sites around the city. The office itself is pretty functional. We have some filing cabinets, a few computers, and a large table where we spread out the blueprints. It’s not a fancy showroom. We’re more interested in the actual work than having a perfect-looking office. The 700105 area is a good place for us to be based. We’ve got a team that handles the planning and the paperwork that comes with developing new spots. Sometimes the paperwork takes longer than the actual building, which can be frustrating. We just try to keep things organized and move through the list of tasks we have each day. Most of us have been in this line of work for years, so we’ve seen a lot of changes in the Kolkata skyline. We don't really use big words or make grand promises. We just look at what needs to be done and try to find a way to make it happen. It’s a lot of meetings, phone calls, and checking on the progress of our projects. We just keep our heads down and work.
